Russell has over 20 years experience in tree management after gradulating with a Masters in Urban Foresrty from University of Toronto.

He is a passionate Urban Forester, and Public Speaker who specialises in urban forest management, planning and empowering communities to engage in their Urban Forests.

Russell brought TreePlotter to the UK and is now the UK and IREland Distributor of the software.

Russell is based in West Wales and works across the country with planting partners and TreePlotter customers.

He is passionate about trees and the driving force behind Woodland Dwelling.

Claire graduated from Brighton University and has built extensive experience across the water industry as techical lead, project sponsor and project manager.

Claire has worked within the Price Review regulatory structure for 5 cycles, and most recently was the Project Manger for Asset Planning in PR24.

Claire has worked at senior levels to ensure successful project delivery. Claire has worked with both contractors and clients to ensure smooth delievery.

Claire is based in West Wales and works remotely across the country.

She is also Akela for Aberaeron and New Quay Sea Scouts

Urban Forestry Consultant

Nick graduated from the University of Wales, Lampeter, and has built extensive experience working across a range of local authorities in Wales. His roles have included arborist, tree surveyor, woodland officer, tree officer, and arboricultural manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of tree management.

Through his time in local government, Nick has developed a strong understanding of the planning system, particularly in relation to trees and development, and the expectations placed on arboricultural submissions.

Nick leads Woodland Dwelling’s planning and development services, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering practical, policy-aligned arboricultural advice.

Based in South Wales, Nick is passionate about all aspects of arboriculture and the wider landscape, with a particular interest in balancing sustainable development with the long-term stewardship of trees.
